• Should be flexible and able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required skill(s): Good customer service, accountable, Leadership, eye-on-details, chemical usage
• Experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for at least 3 years, and/or as Assistant Housekeeper for at least 1 year in well established hotel 

Responsibilities

• To ensure Housekeeping attendants clean areas of the hotel thoroughly, with the key aim of enhancing the customer experience by having excellent standards of hotel cleanliness.
• Ensure regular housekeeping activities
• Supervise the attendants & Supervisors in performing daily cleaning of guest rooms, storage areas and public areas as assigned in accordance to the standards and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, neatness and organization of the housekeeping linen room, utility room and offices.
• Ensure that the guest rooms, corridors & service areas are well maintained.
• Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments.
